Nathan Beauregard, Project Manager for David Weekley Homes, will present site plan for 3221-3223 W. Horatio Street/410 S. Lincoln Avenue. As previously communicated, this is a townhouse development of 10, three-story units with two-car garages. No guest parking onsite.
All affected homeowners, residents and neighborhood stakeholders are encouraged to attend and provide input on July 9.
Project goes before Tampa City Council on Thursday, September 11; time to be determined. It is important we communicate concerns to Mr. Beauregard well in advance of the public hearing.
